MERN Stack Developer

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining full‑stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable, high‑performance solutions that meet business and client requirements while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Years of Experience - 10 to 13 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full‑stack web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Build responsive and user‑friendly frontend interfaces with React.js, ensuring an optimal user experience.
3. Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js to support application functionality.
4. Integrate frontend components with backend services and databases to deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions.
5. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
6. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
7. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in full‑stack and web application development.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript with hands‑on experience in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
2. Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
3. Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals including HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks.
4. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
5. Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
6. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
7. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within an agile team environment.
