About the Role

As an IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) & FileNet Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level automation solutions for our prestigious clients. Your expertise will drive the digital transformation agenda, ensuring seamless process automation, optimized content management, and robust workflow orchestration within client environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of IBM BAW and FileNet-based automation solutions for enterprise customers.
• Develop, customize, and maintain IBM Case Manager (ICM) applications, including scripting, widget integration, and workflow enhancements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in implementing FileNet Content Navigator solutions and managing large-scale content repositories.
• Collaborate with application teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.
• Track team activities, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of solutions in alignment with project plans.
• Act as a technical advisor, assisting application teams with troubleshooting, integration, and solution optimization.
• Communicate project status, progress, and emerging issues effectively to stakeholders and management.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for deployments, processes, configuration management, and change management activities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and security standards within all technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Case Manager, FileNet, and Content Navigator.
• Proven expertise in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in ICM application development, scripting, and widget customization.
• Solid programming skills in Java and DOJO frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering FileNet-based enterprise technical solutions.
• Ability to track team activities and project milestones effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and process-related activities.

Preferred Skills

• IBM certification(s) in Business Automation Workflow, FileNet, or Case Manager.
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud-based content management platforms.
• Prior experience working with multinational clients or in global delivery models.
