We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in technical leadership roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionalities and best practices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills to guide a team of developers and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of Salesforce CPQ projects, providing guidance and support to team members.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance skills and capabilities.

Mandatory Skills

Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce certifications, particularly in CPQ and related areas.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of integration techniques with other Salesforce products and third party applications.
Familiarity with data modeling and database management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.
Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
