What's the role?

Responsibilities

Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for architecture, design, automating and building our next generation cloud CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure. Establish software architecture patterns with High Availability, scale, security, monitoring, and configuration of cloud platform services. You must be able to work in and adapt to a fluid, fast-paced environment. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring efficient software delivery and system reliability. In addition you will:

Act as liaison between Development teams and Platform (PAAS) teams to translate requirements into technical tasks or support requests
Oversee the design, maintenance, and management of infrastructure to support scalable and secure software solutions
Implement monitoring systems to track application and infrastructure performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize system performance
Use coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow
Document problems, articulates solutions or workarounds
Lead discussions to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem
Drive and demonstrates group code review
Lead triage efforts when escalation occurs within team
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, analyzing performance data, and implementing process improvements

Who are you?

You Are a Fast Learner And Are Comfortable Working With Little Direction. You Take Initiative And Bring Up Ideas. In Addition You Have The Following

5 to 8 years of working experience with strong technical expertise in infrastructure management, automation, and cloud services (AWS).
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and best practices.
Ability to analyze system performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Familiarity with container orchestration services, preferably Kubernetes
Competency with container runtimes like docker, cri-o, mesos, rkt (Core OS)
Working knowledge of Kubernetes templating tools such as Helm or Kustomize
Proficiency in infrastructure scripting / templating solutions such as BASH, GO, Python
Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Ansible or equivalent
Competency administering and deploying development lifecycle tooling such as Git, Jira, GitLab, CircleCI or Jenkins
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service

In this position y ou will be part of the Urban mobility service team. A location-based service that provides real-time and scheduled transit information for buses, trains, and other modes. It enables routing, station search, and next-departure queries through APIs, supporting multi-modal travel and integration with urban mobility platforms for efficient, rider-centric experiences.Team uses latest technologies and innovations to make sure service responses with highest quality and minimal latency.
