Role: Senior Full Stack Web Developer/Architect

Location: Bengaluru – India

Job Description

System architects are responsible for design, create, and monitor the implementation of end-to-end systems. They also review new and existing system designs and make recommendations for improving or altering the systems. This position will be focused on driving dev teams and take architectural decision and making improvements in the application and technology decisions.

Shift Timing: 12.00 to 9.00 P.M.

Key Responsibilities shall Include

Architectural improvements and Code Standardization

Make the code repository reliable, easily maintainable and works as it should, even as the code base grows.
The code should be portable and compatible with various implementation environments and produces consistent results.
System Architects consults with department heads and end-users to further infrastructure development.
They develop and execute test plans to check technical performance of infrastructure and report findings. Based on findings, they make recommendations for improvement.
Whether developers are a beginner or an experienced software developer, make sure they follow the right coding standards and industry practices to write clean, reliable, and secure code. This not only avoids future rework as codebase grows but also accelerates the time to market and performance of the software.
Make sure the code quality with five key factors reliability, maintainability, testability, portability, and reusability.

Team Support

Identifies and shares the technology decisions with business partners/stake holders to further infrastructure development.
Being part of the code review process and establishing benchmarks for code standards and quality.
Maintains knowledge of current issues and practises for supporting development of best practise operations.
Coach and mentor IT tasks and skills to others.
Ensuring the team is sufficiently trained and skilled in their respective area of work / tasks by coaching/mentoring them.

Individual Contributor

Being a architect design, create, and monitor the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems. Also review new and existing system designs and make recommendation for improving or altering the systems. Coach the best practises to team members. Apart from being an individual contributor to development of solutions, as a system architects will also be responsible to drive solution design, development and roll-out strategy, CI/CD initiatives, automation initiatives, and best practices.

Essential Technical Skills

 .NET Core C#, Entity Framework, SQL/Stored Procedures, Java/Script/JQuery, CSS3, Angular , React, AWS, Copilot and other AI tools.

 A minimum overall experience of 12 years or above and your current title as Senior Application Developer – Dot Net.

Preferred Technical Skills

 Webpack 4+, Bootstrap, Microservices.

Ideal candidate

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems (IS), or another relevant academic discipline (preferred).
12 years of experience with full cycle application development.
Experience delivering web projects using, .NET Core, Razor Views, Web API frameworks and JavaScript web frameworks like Angular/React
Understanding of best practices with team-based development in Git.
Strong knowledge of software development patterns and best practices.
Strong comprehension of object-oriented concepts.
Understanding of DB design and software architecture.
Knowledge of current and emerging technological development in software and web technologies.
Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
Experience building solutions in AWS is a plus.
A robust understanding of coding and testing to solve complex business needs.
A practical understanding of how technology solves identified business problems.
The ability to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
Ability to work with business partners to ideologize ideas and generate technical stories for development work.
Architectural responsibility for the product team solution.
