This position is client facing and you will be called upon to speak to technical team members of your own team and the customer to provide advice and council for various implementation techniques, architectural recommendations and decisions, and troubleshooting during incident and system outage events. Participation and perspectives on new solution proposals with the client to identify growth opportunities and expand our existing responsibilities.
