The Senior Backend Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of server-side logic. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that the "engine room" of the application is robust, secure, and lightning-fast.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, high-performance microservices using Spring Boot.
Develop and document RESTful or GraphQL APIs that are intuitive for frontend consumption.
Optimize complex SQL queries and manage schema migrations for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high test coverage (JUnit, Mockito).
Guide junior and mid-level developers, helping them navigate complex technical hurdles.
