Overview
The Executive, Junior Product Data Analyst, is a foundational role within Personal Financial Services (PFS), focusing on the
Credit Card and Personal Loan portfolios. The primary responsibility is to support product management and business stakeholders by
extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data. This role ensures data integrity and uses automation to provide timely, data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Integrity
- Extract, clean, and map data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes.
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze large datasets to identify significant trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support business stakeholders by providing data-driven answers to their questions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process Efficiency
- Utilize tools like Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate repetitive data tasks and improve efficiency.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Experience: Experience in data extraction, cleaning, and analysis is highly beneficial.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation tools (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with VBA or other scripting languages for process automation.
- Core Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights.
