What you will do:
The Payment Technology team provides integrated payment solutions for all miHoYo products across Mainland China and overseas markets. Our systems cover a wide range of core capabilities, including cross-platform product pricing, global payment method integration, intelligent transaction routing, targeted promotional discounts, fraud detection and prevention, as well as real-time data analytics and reconciliation.
As a mission-critical module that directly impacts player experience and company revenue, we place a strong emphasis on technical excellence to ensure our systems remain highly available and scalable.
As a key member of the Payment Team, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain core payment-related systems, including pay-ins, payouts, products, and marketing systems, delivering the best possible payment experience for global users across multiple games
- Lead and drive the adoption of AI-native workflows within payment development, operations, and support scenarios, significantly improving overall efficiency, including but not limited to:
- Leveraging LLMs to enhance engineering productivity (e.g. technical solution generation and evaluation, AI-assisted code generation and refactoring, AI code review, AI-driven automated testing, online alert diagnosis and auto-remediation)
- Building intelligent agents tailored for the payment domain (e.g. customer complaint investigation and response agents, business integration assistant bots, payment operations assistants)
- Actively participate in business discussions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and upstream/downstream partners to explore productized AI applications in payment scenarios
- Design reliable, maintainable AI-driven technical solutions and take ownership of initiatives from 0 to 1, including project proposal, implementation, launch, and continuous iteration
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of software engineering experience
- Solid understanding of mainstream AI technologies and large language model fundamentals, with hands-on experience using and optimizing modern AI tools, including but not limited to:
- Building MCP servers to extend model capabilities with external tools
- Maintaining RAG systems based on vector databases
- Designing agent memory systems
- Optimizing and evaluating prompt designs
- Designing collaboration and orchestration in multi-agent architectures
- Strong curiosity and passion for learning, with a habit of staying up to date with the latest industry trends and AI advancements; highly self-motivated to explore and apply emerging AI technologies in real-world scenarios
- Strong ownership mindset, able to independently drive assigned tasks and projects across all stages, while effectively coordinating with dependent teams and stakeholders
- Good understanding of common web backend technologies (e.g. microservices, databases, caching, message queues), and the ability to integrate AI capabilities effectively into backend systems
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external payment partners
