Key Responsibilities

Create AI Product roadmap
Research and Development AI Capabilities within Hukumonline Products
Create and manage product backlog increment
Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Designer and stakeholders and operation Team to achieve Company OKR
Collaborate with tech team to deliver successful product
Doing continue product discovery
Support product operational
Manage JIRA as a working tools to collaborate with development team
Create product performance report
Create product documentations

Requirements

Have Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management
Have a strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in product management
Familiar with Generative AI Technology and implementation in digital product
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and lead product teams
Ability to analyze data and interpret market trends to inform product strategy
Expertise in agile development methodologies
Proven track record of launching successful products
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support.
Agile product discovery methodology such as: design thinking, lean canvas, customer forces canvas, etc
Agile product development methodology: Scrum , Kanban, etc
Understand Generative AI Concept
Good Communication skills
Data analytics at least familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Fullstory
Quantitative & Qualitative Research
