Role Summary

The Sustainability Data Analyst will support the Sustainability, Responsibility and Resilience team by managing and analyzing data related to sub-tier supplier due diligence across social, environmental, health & safety, business continuity and security domains. This role ensures compliance with regulatory, customer, and voluntary standards, enabling transparency and risk mitigation throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis
Collect, validate, and analyze sustainability-related data from sub-tier suppliers, including labor practices, social compliance, greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, circularity & waste, and conflict and extended minerals reporting.
Collect and validate SAQs and maintain data integrity for security requirements (physical and cyber) and business continuity plans.
Develop dashboards and scorecards to track KPIs, risk scores, and compliance progress.
Sub-Tier Due Diligence
Implement processes for supplier screening and risk assessment (RBA, SAQs, supply chain audits, EiQ platform).
Support mapping of supply chain tiers and identify gaps in supplier data.
Monitor continuous improvement with environment and human rights.
Security & Compliance
Track and report on compliance with counterfeit detection and prevention programs.
Collaborate with internal security teams to integrate supplier security data into risk profiles.
Reporting & Governance
Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and executive committees on sustainability and compliance performance.
Report to internal stakeholders for customer data requirements/reporting
Support continuous improvement plans and corrective action programs for suppliers.
Document and maintain protocols for data collection, reporting, and audit readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and IT teams to integrate sustainability and security requirements into onboarding processes.
Engage suppliers on compliance expectations and provide guidance on data-sharing protocols.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience is data collection and analysis. Preference for experience with sustainability data, life cycle assessments, human rights indicators and/or other due diligence functions.
Professional Fluency, Working Fluency of Mandarin
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (RBA, ESG, GHG Protocol) and supply chain risk management preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
