Senior Product Manager (Office of CTO, I-PAC)

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

We're looking for highly driven, strategic Senior Product Managers to work closely with the Office of the CTO and senior leadership. This role requires a strong blend of technology understanding, product thinking, and user-centric design, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of product development and execution, from concept to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end product ownership, including ideation, development, deployment, and scaling of products.
Understand and translate user requirements into effective product solutions with a focus on scalability and user experience.
Analyze and optimize product journeys using product analytics and user behavior insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and leadership.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.
Identify potential product failure points and proactively mitigate risks.
Lead AI-driven product initiatives, including design flows, testing, and research documentation.
Work closely with the CTO and top leadership to align product strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and deliver compelling product pitches to diverse stakeholder groups.
Ensure continuous optimization of processes and product performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of technology, data systems, and product development lifecycle, including system architecture, DevOps, development, cloud infrastructure, testing, and deployment.
Proven experience in building and managing AI-based products, SaaS platforms, or complex analytics-driven solutions.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals, usability, and product effectiveness.
Expertise in user journey mapping and product analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work effectively with both large-scale and lean teams.
High level of accountability, ownership, and execution capability.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Strong passion for building products from the ground up and creating large-scale impact.
Ability to identify and optimize inefficiencies across processes and product workflows.
Keen interest in solving real-world problems and delivering meaningful impact.
