Role : Senior AI/ML Engineer - LLM & RAG Specialist

Location : India | Experience : 5+ years

About The Role

We're building cutting-edge AI solutions for the maritime industry. As our Senior ML Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced language models and RAG systems.

Core Technical Requirements

Strong experience in fine-tuning LLMs (Llama, Mistral)
Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation
Proficient in PyTorch, LangChain, and Python
Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP deployment
Production experience with model optimization and evaluation

Key Responsibilities

LLM Development :
Fine-tune and optimize open-source language models
Design and implement RAG systems
Build robust evaluation pipelines
Infrastructure & Deployment :
Deploy models on Azure/GCP
Create scalable training pipelines
Optimize model performance for production

Must Have Skills

5+ years of ML/AI experience
Strong Python programming
LLM fine-tuning experience
Cloud deployment (Azure/GCP)
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Team collaboration mindset

Nice To Have
