Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer with DevOps expertise, you will play a critical role in tailoring DevOps tools to meet project and application requirements. You will utilize your deep understanding of software engineering processes, coding languages, and DevOps best practices to drive efficient solution delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Install and Configure DevOps Tools: Install, configure, and manage popular DevOps automation tools on both cloud and non-cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Set Up Continuous Integration: Establish continuous integration for automated and continuous builds, creating build scripts and versioning to enable efficient testing and deployment.
• Deploy Applications: Package and deploy applications on servers, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
• Establish Continuous Testing: Design and implement continuous testing protocols to ensure high-quality solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Apply DevOps Best Practices: Leverage expertise in DevOps best practices and SDLC methodologies to optimize solution delivery and drive efficiency.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• DevOps Automation Tools Management: Experience with installing, configuring, and managing popular DevOps automation tools on both cloud and non-cloud infrastructure, tailoring tools to meet project and application requirements.
• Continuous Integration and Build Scripting: Experience in setting up continuous integration for automated and continuous builds, creating build scripts and versioning to enable efficient testing and deployment.
• Software Engineering Processes: Experience with software engineering processes, including coding in Java, Shell, and Python, and applying DevOps best practices and SDLC methodologies to drive efficient solution delivery.
• Application Deployment and Testing: Experience in packaging and deploying applications on servers, establishing continuous testing protocols to ensure high-quality solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
• DevOps Best Practices Implementation: Experience in leveraging DevOps best practices and SDLC methodologies to optimize solution delivery and drive efficiency.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud infrastructure, including installing, configuring, and managing DevOps automation tools, is beneficial for this role. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and their integration with existing systems is a plus.
• Advanced Scripting Skills: Familiarity with advanced scripting languages, such as Java, Shell, and Python, is advantageous for creating build scripts and versioning. Experience with applying these skills in a DevOps environment is desirable.
