Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Technical Architect - Multi Cloud Site Reliability, you will ensure reliability, availability, and performance across multiple cloud platforms. You will leverage your expertise to identify failure points and performance bottlenecks, and develop strategies for availability, latency, performance, and capacity planning. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design Reliable Systems: Define quality gates and develop strategies for availability, latency, performance, and capacity planning across multiple cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Optimize Performance: Identify failure points and performance bottlenecks, and integrate tools into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless application scaling and auto-remediation.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with teams during critical situations to resolve issues and incorporate software engineering principles into IT operations.
• Develop Scalable Software: Create scalable and reliable software systems across diverse cloud environments, leveraging expertise in scaling applications and auto-remediation.
• Ensure Availability: Develop and implement strategies to ensure high availability, performance, and capacity planning across multiple cloud platforms.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Cloud Platform Expertise: Experience with multiple cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and Red Hat OpenShift, including design and implementation of scalable and reliable software systems.
• Performance Optimization: Experience in identifying failure points and performance bottlenecks, and integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless application scaling and auto-remediation.
• Quality Gate Development: Experience in defining quality gates and developing strategies for availability, latency, performance, and capacity planning across multiple cloud platforms.
• Software Engineering Principles: Experience incorporating software engineering principles into IT operations to create scalable and reliable software systems.
• Scalability and Remediation: Experience in scaling applications and implementing auto-remediation techniques to ensure high availability and performance across diverse cloud environments.

• Cloud Native Applications: Experience with cloud native applications and their integration with multiple cloud platforms, including design and implementation of scalable and reliable software systems.

• Multi-Cloud Strategy: Experience in developing strategies for availability, latency, performance, and capacity planning across multiple cloud platforms, including defining quality gates and implementing scalable software systems.
