Role/ Job Title: Product Manager-Cross Sell
Function/ Department: : TURBO Cross Sell
Job Purpose
The role entails implementation of digital journeys of Cross-sell products in various platforms; monitoring and improving the process at various legs of the call centre and campaign journeys. The demand of the role will be to closely collaborate with the Business, Technology, Operations, Policy and other supporting functions for the various products like Savings Account, Credit Card, Loans, and various banking offerings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implementation of cross sell journey & tele-assisted customer journeys for various bank offerings.
- Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams.
- Analysing and suggesting enhancement in the existing journeys and measuring the builds before and after launch to drive product towards profitability.
- Identify the technical and functional challenges observed in the entire production journey, report the same to relevant teams for closure and streamlining production.
- Propose new tech journeys for development through constant competition benchmarking, build relevant features & offers to drive customer value proposition & profitability.
- Driving adoption of various builds implemented in system towards successful penetration of digital adoption.
- Establishing and maintaining the internal ecosystem to support scale up of all facets of the business and execution of the segment roadmap.
- Work closely with analytics team for enhancing the journey towards digitally approving the cases through system without manual intervention, proposing for enhancement of pre-approved and pre-qualified base.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Management/ Computers/Science.
Post-graduation: MBA.
Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience.
