About the Role

Senior Product Manager – Personal Loan will be responsible for scaling the Personal Loan lending business by implementing strategies to expand products, channels, customer segments, and overall reach. This role involves building high-performing teams, designing efficient systems and processes, and fostering a customer-centric culture. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to deliver cost-effective and technology-driven banking solutions, ensuring IDFC FIRST Bank becomes the preferred financial partner for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Guide the distribution strategy for Personal Loans to achieve volume scale-up as per defined targets.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with dealers and channel/product partners to expand portfolio reach.
• Monitor portfolio performance and quality; provide recommendations for course correction to Product and Sales teams.
• Support the Product team in developing differentiated offerings, resulting in business growth and profitability
• Work with the Business Analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities and customer insights.
• Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for Business related closures, including Finance, Marketing, HR, Analytics, Legal, Operations, Credit, Compliance, Audit.
  
  

Education

• Graduate – Any
• Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM preferred
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in retail lending or personal loans
