Senior Software Engineer

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities -

• Have 4–6 years of experience building software in product companies preferable in B2B space
• Exposure to platform, infra-adjacent, or enablement teams
• Are not married to one backend language — comfortable moving between Python, Elixir, Golang, Node.js, SQL (or learning fast)
• Bring a strong product development mindset, not just technical execution
• Have experience designing cloud-native architectures — APIs, services, data models, and trade-offs
• Have at least 3 years working on cloud-based, customer-facing systems in production
• Have built and operated distributed, microservice-based systems
• Are comfortable owning systems that are used by multiple teams
• Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms and databases
• Prefer backend-heavy work with some full-stack exposure (not frontend-focused)

1. Owning the design and evolution of core platform modules
2. Designing APIs, services, and data flows that operate reliably at scale
3. Driving system design discussions across teams
4. Collaborating closely with engineers across the tech pod — product, security, DevOps, and data
5. Making architectural decisions with a balance of speed, scale, security, and maintainability
6. Debugging and resolving complex production issues
7. Mentoring engineers and raising the overall engineering bar
8. Continuously improving platform reliability and developer experience
