Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

3-5 years (Middle) in Backend Development or Database-related roles.

6-10 years (Senior) Lead in Backend Development

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Java (Java 17) and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and Golang.
• Familiarity with Quarkus is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of database programming and DBMS (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience in designing and developing database utilities and optimizing database performance.
• Familiar with database installation, configuration, and testing (DBMS).
• Experience in handling data storage, archiving, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka for data streaming is a plus.
• Understanding of caching mechanisms such as Memcache.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

General Skills:

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Experienced in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Skilled in version control systems such as Git (GitHub/GitLab).
• Ability to document database structures, metadata, and technical processes clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
