Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Team Lead (Data Scientist) with 4–8 years of experience to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world business challenges.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, model development, and end-to-end AI/ML project delivery, along with the ability to lead and mentor a small team of data scientists and ML engineers.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real business use cases

· Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights

· Build predictive and prescriptive machine learning models

· Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

· Lead AI/ML projects from planning to production deployment

· Manage and mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

· Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency

· Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, models, and experiments

· Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and data science technologies.

Required Skills

· Strong proficiency in Python or R

· Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

· Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms

· Experience with SQL and data manipulation

· Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn)

· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)

· Experience in model deployment and MLOps practices is a plus

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Experience leading or mentoring a team is highly preferred
