Summary:
This role focuses on leading the Contact Center Application development and optimization and integration of Telecom/VoIP platforms such as Asterisk, FreePBX, and VICIDIAL, supported by strong backend engineering using PHP, Perl, and MySQL. The position requires deep domain expertise in VoIP, SIP, and telephony infrastructure, along with leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage deployments in RHEL environments, and ensure high‑performance, scalable applications.Should have knowledge and some experience on kamailio. Java, Spring Boot, and microservices are considered secondary, good‑to‑have skills.
