Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Develop a strong business knowledge of IHG One Rewards program
Execute small to mid-sized modeling or analytics projects end-to-end with light oversight
Apply feature engineering and model evaluation best practices
Support A/B test setup and results analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements
Prepare clear, business-ready summaries of analytical findings
Other job duties as assigned based on focus of the role

Education/ Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a closely related quantitative field with 5 or more years of progressive work experience in analytics; or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field with 3 or more years of progressive work experience in analytics

Technical Skills And Knowledge

Strong SQL and Python for analytics and model development
Working knowledge of supervised ML techniques and evaluation metrics
Experience with version control (Git) and code reproducibility
Familiarity with cloud ML workflows (GCP Vertex AI pipelines, BigQueryML)
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
