Role Purpose
Responsible for the systems administration, technical support, and enhancement of Global Finance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud and on-prem systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical leadership and expertise across Oracle EPM applications including
EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, and ARCS, ensuring stable and efficient system operations.
- Oversee data integrations and Data Management processes across multiple source
systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability.
- Manage global user security administration including access provisioning, role
management, and compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements.
- Lead monthly financial mappings, configuration updates, and production support
activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate testing, regression validation, and migration activities for system upgrades,
patches, and enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison with Oracle Support and internal stakeholders for issue
resolution and system improvements.
- Drive process improvements, documentation, and lower environment
maintenance/refresh while mentoring team members and coordinating with regional
teams.
Key Skills & Experiences
Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Experience
- 5+ years progressive work related experience in systems administration and programming with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple discipline/processes related to the position.
- Experience working in a global environment, ability to work in a fast paced environment, geographic & cultural awareness.
Technical Skills And Knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge of related software architectures and development methodologies
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating and developing people. Demonstrated experience in resource management and team performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills working towards a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
