Software Development Engineer I (SDE I)

We are looking for a driven SDE I to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-impact products. You’ll work across the stack, contributing to both frontend and backend systems, while collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Build, test, and deploy scalable web applications
• Develop frontend features using React.js and backend services using Node.js
• Work with real-time data systems like Firebase Realtime Database
• Design and integrate APIs following modern web architecture practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js
• Experience with Firebase (Realtime Database) or similar real-time systems
• Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web architecture
• Basic to intermediate understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Experience working with AI tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Understanding of performance optimization and scalability
• Prior experience in a startup environment
