Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Plans, organizes, and controls TTI FT project/ sub-projects project (classification class D, E) risk, impact and all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget)
• Manages a medium sized project team with members from multifunctional groups
• Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function
• Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone
• Key communication interface (for project related matters) to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines), Sustaining Functions (e.g. PTE, EE, UPE), and Central Functions (e.g. Finance)
• Uses IFX project management tools to structure projects, control progress, reporting, and documentation
• Drives problem-solving activities within the project using standard IFX trouble shooting methodologies, (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, etc)
• Guide project systematic within TTI FT
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in semiconductor test development for power discrete, power IC, sensor, automotive, or industrial products
• Knowledge in analog & digital circuitry
• Foundation in semiconductor ATE test development environment
• Experience in power and automotive products
• Good knowledge of programming skill, eg VB, C/C++
