Required skills:

• Python (production-grade code)
• SQL and data-intensive system design
• Algorithms designed from first principles
• End-to-end ML workflows (data ingestion → feature engineering → modeling → deployment → inference)
• Deployed ML systems and scalable data pipelines
• Model serving/inference systems
• Machine learning techniques (classification, clustering, generative AI)
• Model explainability (SHAP, LIME)
• Causal inference (preferred)
• Experience with large-scale, high-impact data science systems
