Job Description

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow professionals with strong expertise in ITSM along with one or more additional modules such as HRSD, CSM, CMDB, or Integration. Candidates should have experience in implementation, customization, and support of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Configure and customize modules based on business requirements
• Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Develop workflows, flows, and scripts using ServiceNow best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability

Qualification & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS) preferred

Interview Process

• L1 Technical Interview – 30 mins
• L2 Technical/Managerial Interview – 30 mins
• HR Discussion – 30 mins
