Core Skills

Proficient in test planning, designing, and execution.

Define and execute comprehensive test strategies including planning, scheduling, approach, and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Establish enterprise-grade testing processes, tools, and methodologies for large-scale or complex product portfolios, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Leverage AI-driven capabilities across testing activities such as intelligent test case generation, predictive defect analysis, and self-healing automation frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve quality standards, automation maturity, and advanced testing techniques.
Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics, applying AI-based analytics to identify patterns, predict risks, and drive continuous innovation and improvement.
Provide subject matter expertise in emerging technologies, AI-driven testing, and automation to architects and engineering teams across the organization.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
6+ years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, and managing defects
Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing, Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration technologies.
Prior experience of developing and evaluating automation frameworks - Data, Keyword or Hybrid etc for web/cloud platforms/applications

Preferred

Hands on experience on Test Automation for Web & Mobile applications using Selenium / Playwright
Experience in implementation of CI/CD tools & processes like Jenkins, Maven and their integration for the orchestration of Continuous Delivery
Experience with coding skills across a variety of platforms is a plus
