The Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate will work on the Infor Localization Services product, which ensures ERP systems remain accurate, compliant, and up to date with country‑specific regulatory requirements.
The role is primarily focused on manual testing, with responsibility for executing acceptance, regression, and performance testing. The QA Analyst will ensure functionality accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability across a web‑based platform deployed in both cloud and on‑premise environments. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess data‑driven and compliance‑critical functionality, with opportunities to gain exposure to test automation over time.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Play a key role in all aspects of quality assurance: software, processes, and documentation * Maintain and improve the quality of deliverables by inspecting and measuring them against standards to identify defect for correction * Conduct acceptance, regression, and performance testing * Write and maintain test cases and test scenarios * Write comprehensive defect reports * Collaborate with the development team, communicate testing requirements
What You Will Need? Required Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering * 2 years of professional experience in testing business applications * 2 years of professional experience in user acceptance, performance, and regression testing * Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect reporting * Hands-on SQL experience for test data investigation, validation, and data configuration. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and web browsers * Experience working in an Agile development environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate technical concepts when needed * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Ability to work independently within a team setting, take initiative, set priorities, and see tasks through to completion with minimal supervision

* Experience using XML as test data * Background in ERP Sales Invoicing or Finance testing * Experience in test automation
