Job Description

  • Job Title: Cyber Security Sales – L2 (Mid-Level Sales Executive)
  • Location: Gurgaon 
  • Experience: 3–6 Years
  • Department: Sales / Business Development


Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Cyber Security Sales L2 professional who can independently drive mid-market and enterprise sales cycles. The role involves handling qualified leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals across cybersecurity solutions such as Security Awareness, Phishing Simulation, DMARC, and Email Security.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle (from qualified lead to closure)
  2. Engage with CISOs, IT Heads, and Security Teams to understand requirements
  3. Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution positioning
  4. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design
  5. Drive pipeline conversion and revenue targets
  6. Manage and grow existing accounts (upsell & cross-sell opportunities)
  7. Coordinate with partners for joint sales opportunities (especially Middle East region)
  8. Maintain accurate updates in CRM tools
  9. Participate in RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations



Key Skills & Requirements

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (Phishing, DMARC, Email Security, Awareness Programs)

Proven track record in B2B sales (SaaS or Cybersecurity preferred)

Ability to handle mid-to-large deal sizes

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience working with channel partners is a plus

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles


Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling solutions like:

Security Awareness Platforms

Email Security / DMARC solutions

Phishing Simulation tools

Exposure to Middle East or international markets

MBA / Business degree preferred

KPIs / Success Metrics

Monthly / Quarterly Revenue Targets

Conversion Ratio from SQL to closure

Pipeline Management & Forecast Accuracy

Account Growth (Upsell/Cross-sell)
