RESPONSIBILITIES: - Define target architectures for upgraded applications, platforms and database systems.

Guide migration strategy, deployment approaches and integration design.
Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Assess compatibility across systems, interfaces and data components.
Support performance, reliability and stability considerations during migration.
Prepare architectural documentation, guidelines and technical reference materials.
Identify technical risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
Collaborate with business, development, testing and infrastructure teams. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES - Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
Experience in enterprise architecture or application/database migration.
Strong understanding of integration models, system design principles and operational architecture.
Ability to lead teams through complex technical transitions.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Additional Skills: - Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Taiwanese language is required.
