Critical Skills To Possess

8–10 years of full stack development experience.
Strong expertise in Python + React.js + TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AI code assistants in daily workflows (must-have).
Proven experience with microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.
Solid grasp of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
Strong mentorship, communication, and technical leadership skills.

BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Architect and develop scalable microservices using Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
Build modern, responsive UIs with React.js, TypeScript, and design systems.
Leverage AI code assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) for accelerated development, testing, and code reviews.
Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence.
Own CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
