JD Python Full Stack Developer (Python + AWS):

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Tech Lead to design, develop, and optimize backend systems, and to lead a team of developers in delivering scalable fintech or enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend architecture, microservices, automation, CI/CD, and performance optimization, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities:

1. Back-End Development and Architecture

· Design and deliver backend components and architectural frameworks that align with project and product goals

. · Architect solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and security in alignment with fintech or enterprise product requirements. · Develop and maintain microservices and event-driven systems leveraging RESTful APIs and other integration mechanisms.

· Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration.

2. CI/CD and Automation

· Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, or similar.

Drive continuous integration and deployment best practices to ensure reliable and efficient delivery cycles.

· Integrate automated monitoring and alerting services (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray) to maintain high uptime and quick issue resolution.

· Champion automation and DevOps principles across the development lifecycle. Technical Skills

· 5–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

· Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, X-Ray, etc.).

· Proficiency in designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.

· Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).

· Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

· Good knowledge of software security principles, OAuth2/JWT, and data protection practices.

· Strong debugging, analytical, and performance-tuning skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. ·
