System Analyst

🚀 Hiring: Systems Analyst – Tokenised Deposits Platform | Singapore

We are hiring for a Systems Analyst to drive the design, delivery, and integration of a next-generation Tokenised Deposits Platform for a leading banking environment in Singapore.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Payments, Blockchain / DLT, Treasury, Settlement, Compliance, and Enterprise Technology — ideal for someone who can translate complex digital asset and payment concepts into scalable, secure, regulated production-grade systems.

🔹 Role Overview

As the Lead Systems Analyst, you will lead end-to-end analysis and solution design for a Tokenised Deposits Platform, covering the full token lifecycle, on-chain/off-chain settlement, interoperability with core banking and payments systems, and regulatory alignment.

You will work closely with Architecture, Engineering, Payments, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver a platform that supports both domestic and cross-border settlement use cases.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1) Tokenised Deposits Platform Analysis & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end functional analysis for tokenised deposit capabilities including:
• Token issuance / minting / burning
• Transfer logic & atomic settlement
• Conditional settlement rules
• Token locking / unlocking / escrow
• Programmability features
• Redemption to traditional deposits
• Define user journeys, workflows, lifecycle states, and business rules
• Design token state transitions with strong focus on traceability, reconciliation, and operational integrity

2) On-Chain / Off-Chain Integration & Settlement

• Define integration patterns between:
• DLT nodes & tokenisation engine
• Payment hubs / settlement processors
• Core banking / deposit systems / general ledger
• AML / sanctions / transaction monitoring systems
• Design settlement flows for:
• Domestic payments
• Cross-border settlement corridors
• Interbank / inter-entity tokenised transfers
• Ensure deterministic, final, and auditable settlement across hybrid environments

3) Architecture & Platform Delivery Leadership

• Partner with Solution Architects to define:
• Smart contract modules
• Token metadata standards
• Security constraints & compliance hooks
• Wallet integration (custodial / institutional / MPC-based)
• Key management & signing workflows
• Define APIs, event models, and integration contracts
• Support platform design for scalability, resilience, fault tolerance, and compliance

4) Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Alignment

• Translate regulatory expectations into system requirements and controls
• Ensure support for:
• AML / CFT screening
• Travel Rule requirements
• Token provenance / auditability
• Tamper-proof event logging
• Align with enterprise architecture standards around:
• Confidentiality
• Integrity
• Availability
• Operational resilience

5) Delivery & Engineering Support

• Lead analysis workstreams across Agile squads
• Provide clear clarifications to engineering teams on:
• Token logic
• Settlement rules
• Smart contract behaviour
• Edge cases / exception handling
• Support QA and test design for:
• Multi-currency token issuance
• Settlement finality
• State transitions
• Reconciliation with core banking
• Failure / retry / rollback scenarios

6) Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

• Collaborate with teams across:
• Blockchain / Digital Assets
• Payments
• Treasury
• Operations
• Risk & Compliance
• Work with external vendors across:
• DLT platforms
• Tokenisation engines
• Custody / wallet providers
• Digital asset infrastructure providers
• Communicate technical and platform decisions clearly to both business and technology stakeholders

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 7–12 years of experience in Systems Analysis / Business Analysis / Technical Analysis
• Strong background in Payments / Settlement / Banking Platforms
• Experience working on complex integration-heavy enterprise systems
• Exposure to regulated financial services environments

Technical / Domain Expertise

Strong understanding of:

• Tokenised Deposits
• Stablecoins / CBDC / Digital Money
• Blockchain / DLT platforms
• On-chain / Off-chain settlement models
• Digital custody / key management / MPC / HSM
• APIs, event-driven architectures, and system workflows

Hands-on experience in:

• API design (REST / JSON / OpenAPI / Swagger)
• Microservices architecture
• Kafka or similar event-driven platforms
• State machine modelling
• Sequence / workflow / integration design
• HA / DR and low-latency platform design
• Integration with:
• AML / Fraud / Entitlements
• Ledger / Core Banking systems
• Settlement / Treasury platforms
