Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end networking and Linux infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in network engineering and Linux system administration, along with the ability to lead a small team and ensure high system performance, security, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the complete IT infrastructure (networking, servers, and Linux environments)
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, and firewalls
Administer and manage Linux-based systems and servers
Ensure high availability, uptime, and infrastructure security
Monitor systems, identify issues, and implement proactive solutions
Handle incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis
Manage and implement virtualization platforms (VMware / Proxmox / KVM)
Work with Docker and container-based environments
Plan infrastructure scaling, upgrades, and performance optimization
Lead and mentor engineers while ensuring smooth operations
