We’re Looking For an AI Solutions Architect!

Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for architecting intelligent, agent-driven applications and scalable AI infrastructure. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will be extremely customer-focused and will be doing AI Readiness Assessments and solution architecture, growing InRhythm's AI consulting practice. You will lead and inspire all stakeholders including executives, decision-makers, and consultants alike.

We work with cutting-edge technology, including Generative AI, RAG architectures, and Neural Networks, to develop vibrant solutions from the ground up. Together we create applications and platforms that challenge the status quo through high-velocity AI engineering to help our clients execute their modern digital roadmaps.

At InRhythm, you will:

Architect LLM-integrated Cloud applications and work with fellow Machine Learning Engineers and Product Managers to navigate the strategy in architecting AI-native platforms.
Identify AI safety and hallucination pitfalls ahead of time, raising concerns and managing expectations with all stakeholders.
Own end-to-end architectural AI assessments and delivery of our client platforms.
Define, architect, and break out AI-driven features (such as semantic search, autonomous agents, and predictive analytics) for others.
Work in a cross-functional agile team to deliver working software incrementally.
Help with the AI & Data Practice's direction by collaborating on the interviewing pipeline, hosting AI tech talks, and identifying industry trends like Agentic AI and Prompt Engineering.
Mentor members of the team on MLOps and AI best practices, influencing the direction of projects, and showcasing technical skills in company workshops.

What you bring to the table:

10+ Years of technology experience, including AI/ML architecture, microservices-based cloud architecture (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI), and LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Deep expertise in Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), Fine-tuning models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and API Design for AI services.
Experience with Data Engineering pipelines, relational/NoSQL databases, MLOps, and Python-based AI development.
5+ Years of consulting experience defining business needs and guiding customers through their AI transformation journey.
Expertise in leading Discovery exercises and creating detailed AI architecture diagrams for presentations and implementation plans.
Experience migrating or transforming legacy applications into AI-enabled solutions.
Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives about AI ROI and ethics.
Computer Science or Engineering degree.
