Position : Solutions Architect

Education: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)

Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Job Location : Navi Mumbai

Position Requirements:

• 10+ years of strong expertise in designing and building modern full-stack applications, includes front end, Back end, APIs , microservices and system architecture
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and building AI-driven AI agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, with experience integrating model APIs and developing AI-enabled features.
• Good understanding of AI agent architectures, prompt engineering, context management, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with modern developer tools and AI-assisted coding environments ( Cursor, Replit & Cline) and AI enhanced workflows.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

•Research and evaluate emerging AI models, agent frameworks, and tools to identify

opportunities for innovation and practical application

•Design and implement scalable Agentic AI solutions within existing systems, ensuring

reliability, performance, and data privacy

• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate new approaches, including prompt

engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration.

• Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, leading architecture discussions, and

contributing to shared AI frameworks and best practices

• Stay updated with AI industry trends and advancements, promoting knowledge sharing and

driving AI adoption across the organization.
