Invixium is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, including web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product and development teams throughout the software lifecycle, contributing to quality planning, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure our solutions meet high standards of performance and usability.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, design comprehensive test scenarios, develop and maintain test plans, and document test execution results and progress across multiple projects.
- Contribute to and continuously improve the test automation framework supporting UI, API, and database (SQL) testing.
- Manage assigned tasks effectively and provide regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Perform quality risk assessment, track defects, and report quality status and potential issues to management.
- Mentor and train QA resources, and support knowledge sharing within the QA team.
- Review, validate, and maintain test artifacts, reports, and QA documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web application testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, API testing, and integration testing for web-based systems.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as BDD, TDD, Page Object Model, or similar approaches.
- Experience working with web API testing tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.
- Basic exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, Performance Monitor, or LoadRunner.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work on own initiative, self-disciplined, and with minimum supervision.
