Job Description
As a Senior Software Developer within the Software Development team, you will be a key driver in the design, development and maintenance of our mission-critical enterprise applications. This role requires a blend of technical mastery, leadership and a passion for continuous improvement.
- You’ll own the end‑to‑end architecture, design, development, and delivery of secure, high‑performance, highly available full‑stack applications using industry best practices.
- You’ll lead, mentor, and collaborate with developers, architects, DBAs, and analysts, translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions while contributing to system design and technical roadmaps.
- You’ll proactively diagnose, triage, and resolve complex application and production issues, acting as a senior escalation point and providing hands‑on support during critical incidents.
- You’ll champion code quality and continuous improvement through peer reviews, performance benchmarking, automated testing and deployment, and ongoing optimisation of application and SQL database performance.
- You’ll demonstrate strong communication, action‑orientation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent English, a commitment to learning, high standards of quality, and a drive to innovate while embodying the Group Values of being Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative.

Qualifications
- You have a degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience in software development.
- You bring at least six years of professional software development experience, including a minimum of two years in a Senior or Lead role.
- You have proven experience developing, deploying, and maintaining a wide range of applications end to end.
- You are technically strong in SQL Server 2019+, the .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET 8.0+), JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, Azure Pipelines, and Git at an expert level.
- You are fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form.
