Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and motivated
Tech Lead Quality Assurance (QA) to join our
Global Product Engineering (GPE) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end quality control processes, ensuring software meets rigorous standards through both automated and manual testing strategies.
You will be a key member of the
InSight Team , a group dedicated to deploying advanced data center solutions and innovative software that bridges the physical and digital worlds for global customers.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Quality Excellence: Lead a wide range of quality control tests and analyses, creating comprehensive test plans and data files to verify system flow and ensure software meets all end-user requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Quality Assurance, Development Operations (DevOps), and Data teams, while collaborating with users to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), alpha, and beta testing phases.
- Standards and Leadership: Maintain and approve testing policies and procedures to ensure total alignment with Information Technology (IT) strategy, while resolving complex system problems and documenting all test results.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive Industry Experience: 8–12 years of experience in Testing, with at least 2–3 years specifically in a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead capacity.
- Technical Depth: In-depth knowledge of both automated and manual testing environments, with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems and guide program logic.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring junior and mid-level developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Technology (M-Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from an accredited or recognized university.
