Technical Lead

The Technical Lead is responsible for the technical success and architectural integrity of projects within our outsourcing division. You will serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software to our Japanese clients while adhering to strict security and quality standards.

• Lead the architectural design and technical roadmap for complex software solutions.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and the implementation of best practices.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of critical technical issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and "Ho-Ren-So" (Report-Contact-Consult).
• Assign tasks effectively based on team members' skills and project priorities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and define growth paths for team members.
• Act as the primary technical contact for Japanese clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical expectations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Bridge SEs to ensure project timelines and quality metrics are met.
• Manage technical documentation and dossiers required by clients and international standards.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, .NET, or PHP or Python.
• Strong experience in Frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for international collaboration.
• Proven experience working in Outsourcing environments and a deep understanding of the Japanese working culture.

• Mastery of IVC’s internal systems, including ISMS and Quality Management Systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving, creative thinking, and diplomatic negotiation skills.
• Cooperative, objective-oriented, and highly meticulous in delivery.
