Main purpose of the position:

The purpose of this role is to maintain and continuously improve the supplier screening solution and process, ensuring it operates effectively and meets organizational standards. The role involves building and accurately communicating necessary management reports, assessing data to create actionable business intelligence for both customers and management, and monitoring the performance data of the supplier verification solution. Additionally, the role requires timely identification and escalation of necessary changes or improvements to management, ensuring the solution remains efficient and aligned with business objectives.

What you’ll do:

Monitor E2E process of supplier screening and outcome indicators
Work on reconfiguration of the solution to align it with changes in business objectives
Setting up various reports and dashboards to enable seamless user-experience and performance transparency
Deliver supplier compliance KPI reporting
Manage the processes for which the position is responsible and the conducting of necessary/relevant meetings, workshops, projects etc.
Manage the development of tools, systems and processes as required to meet the objectives
Design and produce reporting as necessary to meet stakeholder needs

Who you’ll work with:

Collaborate with country Procurement organization in improving the process and influence adoption of the supplier screening solution with countries
Collaborates with supplier screening team and provide necessary performance data
Work with 3rd party solution provider on solution improvements
Work with countries and accounts with necessary management reports
Work with Digital Procurement in regards to monthly KPI reporting

Key qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing data for management reports
Proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps, data management, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting and visualization tools.
Hands-on experience with advanced Excel, Access, and similar data models
Hands-on experience with performance reporting
Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
