Financial Systems Analyst

We are seeking a detail driven Finance Systems Data Analyst to own data integrity, reconciliation, and process improvement across financial and operational systems. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure 100% accuracy in reporting, build audit‑ready controls, and improve workflows across systems such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and internal tools.

This is a hands‑on role for professionals who excel in advanced Excel, financial reconciliation, and automation and who take ownership of data quality end‑to‑end.

What You’ll Do

Data Integrity & Controls

• Build and maintain automated validation checks to ensure alignment between systems
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement permanent, scalable fixes
• Design audit‑ready reconciliation processes and documentation
• Ensure financial data is fully validated before any reporting or analysis

Financial & Operational Reporting

• Maintain revenue, billing, and gross margin reporting
• Support variance analysis and financial performance insights
• Partner with leadership to deliver accurate, timely reporting

Process Improvement & Automation

• Develop scalable Excel models using Power Query and structured logic
• Create reusable templates for system imports and workflows
• Automate manual finance and reconciliation processes

Systems & Reconciliation

• Reconcile data across QuickBooks, Salesforce, and internal systems
• Maintain supporting files and system alignment
• Reduce manual intervention and improve system reliability

What We’re Looking For (Non‑Negotiables)

• 4+ years experience in finance, accounting, or data‑focused roles
• Expert‑level Excel, including Power Query, large datasets, and validation logic
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, cost, and margin
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to 100% accuracy
• Strong communication and documentation skills
