Join Our Team as a System Engineer!

Location: Onsite-BGC | Schedule: 24/7 Shifts | Level: Tier 1/2 Support

You’ll respond to tickets via phone, email, and chat—always with a focus on SLAs, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s Degree (required)
2+ years in IT Service Desk, Tech Support, or BPO
Experience supporting international clients (US, EMEA, AUS)
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Hands-on knowledge of:
Windows 10/Desktop OS
Microsoft 365/Office troubleshooting
Active Directory & Network basics

Core Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1/2 tech support across multiple time zones
Install, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft applications
Escalate unresolved issues while ensuring SLAs are met
Keep clear documentation of all support cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fast resolutions
