Sr. Software Development Test Engineer

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies for software and system-level validation.
• Perform system integration testing across software, firmware, and related components.
• Analyze test failures, conduct root cause analysis, and work with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain test frameworks, tools, and automation to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with Software, Firmware, BIOS, and Hardware teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability and quality risk assessments.
• Ensure product quality meets project goals, schedules, and release criteria.
• Mentor junior test engineers and provide technical guidance as a senior team member.
