1. Management of facial recognition systems and standard access control; processing of departmental purchase orders; fixed asset inventory; administration of various security systems; coordination of security project acceptance procedures; and handling of general daily administrative tasks.

Quản lý hệ thống nhận diện khuôn mặt và kiểm soát ra vào tiêu chuẩn; xử lý đơn mua hàng của bộ phận; kiểm kê tài sản cố định; quản lý các hệ thống an ninh; phối hợp nghiệm thu các dự án an ninh; và thực hiện các công việc hành chính hằng ngày khác.

2. Management of attendance records for both in-house and outsourced security personnel; and settlement of security service fees.

Quản lý chấm công cho nhân viên an ninh nội bộ và thuê ngoài; đồng thời thực hiện thanh toán các chi phí dịch vụ an ninh.

Job Requirement / Yêu cầu công việc

1. Proficient in the use of office software such as Word and Excel; possesses strong learning capabilities and can quickly master security systems.

Thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng như Word, Excel; có khả năng học hỏi tốt và nhanh chóng nắm bắt các hệ thống an ninh.

2. Maintains a positive work attitude and a conscientious approach to tasks; possesses excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.

Có thái độ làm việc tích cực, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao; sở hữu kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và tinh thần làm việc nhóm cao.

3. Diploma degree or above.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.

4. Able to communicate in English and Chinese.

Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung.
