Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex product features across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture
Architect and build scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend services built with Java, Spring Boot, or Kotlin
Define and drive frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalable UI systems
Work in an environment where AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude are integral to the engineering workflow
Design and implement agent-based systems that improve product intelligence and developer productivity
Build and evolve DX agents and automation tools that enhance engineering velocity and streamline development processes
Lead technical design discussions and influence system architecture decisions
Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software design, testing, and scalable system architecture
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to rapidly prototype and ship innovative product capabilities
Drive improvements in engineering productivity through automation and AI-assisted development practices

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong expertise in frontend development and architecture using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
Extensive experience building backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, or Kotlin
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
Proven experience designing and delivering scalable production-grade applications
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms
Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building LLM-powered systems or AI-enabled applications
Familiarity with agent-based architectures and automation systems
Experience designing developer platforms, internal tools, or engineering productivity systems
Experience working with cloud-native architectures
Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
