Requirements of the Role

·      Understanding the underlying principles to develop test scripts for applications and related customization project scopes and deliverables up to and including automations.

·      Prepare test scripts using testing best practices, applying positive and negative testing methodologies.

·      Ensure complete testing coverage under different infrastructures or environments.

·      Metrics measurement to dev teams outlining testing patterns and themes for overall quality improvement.

·      Document and augment internal testing framework, standards and guides.

Professional Attributes

·      1 to 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment.

·      Holding a B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or other engineering discipline)

·      Knowledge/ experience of software development and product testing.

·      Adherence to delivery timelines.

·      Adherence to the firm’s standards for processes, remote work policy, quality and ownership.

·      Feedback from Product Manager and other team members.
