We’re looking for an experienced AI Lead to drive our enterprise AI strategy, design scalable architectures, and lead the implementation of cutting‑edge AI/ML solutions. About the Role

As our AI Lead, you will:

Define and own the organization’s AI vision and roadmap
Architect cloud‑native, scalable AI/ML solutions
Lead end-to-end model lifecycle (data → model → MLOps → deployment)
Build and integrate LLM, Generative AI, NLP, and predictive solutions
Ensure responsible AI, governance, and compliance across all initiatives
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver measurable outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Design AI/ML architectures on Azure / AWS / GCP
Build MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Lead development of LLM, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, and GenAI solutions
Translate business problems into impactful AI use cases
Evaluate emerging tools, models, and frameworks for enterprise adoption
Drive responsible AI practices, including security, privacy, and explainability

What We’re Looking For

8–15+ years of experience in Data, AI/ML,
Strong hands-on background in Python, ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Cloud AI platforms (Azure AI / AWS Sagemaker / Vertex AI)
Data engineering (Spark, Databricks, pipelines)
Experience leading AI/ML teams or large-scale implementations
Deep understanding of LLMs, vector DBs, RAG systems, and GenAI architectures
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have

Cloud certifications (Azure AI Engineer / AWS ML Specialty)
Experience with responsible AI frameworks and enterprise governance
Industry experience (finance, healthcare, retail, telecom, etc.)
