At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Software Development Engineer - II (Java) in our Engineering team.

What is this role all about?

As an SDE - II, you will work on building high-performance, scalable backend systems that power mission-critical enterprise and SaaS applications. You’ll be part of a global engineering team solving complex technical problems and delivering robust solutions used by customers worldwide.

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot

You will build and enhance microservices that are scalable, reliable, and high-performing

You will analyze complex requirements and translate them into clean, efficient technical solutions

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver low-latency, client-facing applications

You will contribute to system architecture decisions and apply best practices and design patterns

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here Are The Basic Requirements

You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Java development

You have worked with Spring Boot and microservices-based architectures

You have experience building enterprise-scale systems for global customers

You are comfortable working with relational databases like MySQL

What are the most critical skills for this role?

You have strong expertise in Java, including multithreading and performance optimization

You understand enterprise application architecture and design patterns

You are skilled at writing clean, testable, and maintainable code

You can clearly articulate your technical ideas and design decisions

You have experience working on B2B and SaaS-based internet products

You have exposure to low-latency or high-throughput systems

You have working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
